Expert Disaster Recovery Consulting

When it comes to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery consulting, there aren’t many companies with a longer record than KingsBridge. Since 1983 we have been developing plans in all the corners of the world. Our experience and expertise allows us to work in any vertical market, in any country in the world. Our team streamlines the process of consulting to minimize our impact on your business and your daily activities. We realize that you (and your team) are busy with your regular tasks and as a result, we outline the tasks with deadlines allowing you to plan accordingly.

Our consultants are Disaster Recovery Institute (DRI) trained and certified, thus giving you the very best in Best Practices and confidence the job will be done right.

Throughout the years, we have developed two consulting packages: JumpStart (our 2 day program) and FastTrack (our turnkey consulting option). These options allow you to select the option that best fits your company. If you require a tailored solution, we will work with you to meet your organization's unique requirements.

JumpStart

The KingsBridge JumpStart solution is a 2-day onsite, 2-day off site program. This program is designed to develop an understanding of your company, its needs and limitations. This program utilizes off site conference calls, video calls and emails. Offsite work is done in advance, thus reducing the time onsite and reducing the cost of the project. Once onsite, our professional planners will thoroughly educate your team on the best practices of business continuity and disaster recovery planning. During the program, participants will be taken step-by-step through the process of developing, testing, maintaining and exercising a plan. We will develop a road map, outline major milestones to reach and continue to work with you on an ongoing basis to ensure your goals are being reached. The JumpStart program includes a 10-user license of Phoenix, allowing your team to use Phoenix to build, edit and maintain your plan. Finally, a review of tasks required for official plan completion is given to your team to complete the planning process.

FastTrack

The KingsBridge FastTrack program is designed for clients who wish to get their business continuity plan in place as fast as possible with the minimum amount of staff disruption. In other words, these clients are looking for a complete turnkey solution that allows them to continue to focus on their regular duties while two KingsBridge consultants complete the plan. KingsBridge works with you to ensure you are completely aware of plan progress and how everyone in the company is working with the process, but you will not have to hold our hands and walk us from meeting to meeting. The FastTrack program has been a KingsBridge client favorite for 25 years!

Depending on the size of your organization, KingsBridge can typically design and implement your plan within a mere three months. As with our JumpStart program, we do a significant amount of the data gathering and other work off site to reduce the costs to you. We realize that a lot of consultants want to “punch the clock”, but we want to get your essential disaster recovery and business continuity plan finished as soon as possible for you! As a result, we use the latest in conference calling, video chatting and email worksheets to minimize the travel costs to you.

Totally Integrated Maintenance (TIM)

Once your plan is completed, you must keep your plan up to date. In our 25 years of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning, we have seen many plans become “shelf-ware” once they are done. Unfortunately, your recovery plan is never “done”; it is an evergreen document. If you complete the plan once and fail to keep it current it is simply a snapshot of your recovery strategy at the time it was done. This means you must revisit your plan, make sure it remains current and reflects your existing personnel and business processes.

KingsBridge has developed a Totally Integrated Maintenance (TIM) Program to take the headache out of keeping your plan current and off your daily to do list. We complete monthly phone calls, quarterly visits (if needed) and semi-annual exercises to ensure your plan remains current! The frequency and time involved with each step are based on your corporate turn over and business functions' volatility.
